Deep Reflection

Where introspection meets action

Self-awareness is the foundation of personal growth. Space Holding sessions provide you with the tools and accountability to engage in continued internal reflection. You won't stop your work when our one-on-one sessions end. When you are working with me, I'll  continue to help you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs with intention and curiosity. 


I use thought-provoking prompts to help you gain insights into your inner world, uncover patterns and triggers, and develop a better understanding of yourself. Here is where you continue to exercise your inner wisdom, gain clarity on your values, and discover new perspectives that can enrich your life and work.


Journaling is a powerful practice that allows you to express yourself, clarify your thoughts, and process your emotions. But here's the thing- this doesn't have to be your average-typical-journaling session. I will help you figure out how you  can capture your reflections, insights, and inspirations in a way that makes sense to YOU.

In today's fast-paced world, finding time for self-reflection can be challenging. I'll help hold you accountable to your desire for growth by  helping you set aside intentional time for this work.


**Note: space holding sessions are NOT therapy. My work in this  manner may not be a right fit for you and what you are going through. I  will provide a list of therapeutic resources to you, should that be the  case**
